During a time when the mass appeal for zombie films was low, Dan O'Bannon shuffled the rules deck and delivered a movie squarely targeted at the New Coke generation.

Dear Diary: yesterday, as I was munching on some corpses with Edward, and he gave me a look that sent a shiver down my collapsed spine.

The title of Zombies! Zombies! Zombies! - Strippers vs. Zombies is misleading.  You think it's just going to be strippers fighting zombies, but its so much more.

Zombie Strippers asks an important philosophical question to the die-hard horror fan: how important are boobs to you?  If "Critical" is your answer, then Zombie Strippers is the kind of horror zombie film you've been waiting for.

Congratulations, Britain.  While in the United States great horror films like Trick 'r Treat can't even get released, Brits get to watch one of the better zombie films in years right at home on their television for free.

In the zombie genre, calling a movie "low budget" is pretty much an oxymoron.  Making a low-budget zombie movie is as commonplace as the sun rising in the east.

Not that you expected much to begin with from a film title like this, but Trailer Park of Terrror is like drunkenly spending your last few bucks on your favorite bar's chicken wings and finding out why you always suspected you shouldn't order from their kitchen.

Solve this problem: horse racing is to sports as Quarantine is to ________.

It seems like many are satisfied that someone made anything for that amount of money, as if simply by making something with little constitutes praise.  Well, let's put the cork back in the champagne, everybody.

Produced for Canadian television, the documentary Zombiemania also screened on the final day of Screamfest 2008.  The title makes it sound as though it might be about the obsession with zombie movies, which certainly attracted the brain trust of HugaZombie.com, however, the website of Zombiemania's production company, Sorcery Films Limited, describes it as an "one-hour documentary that chronicles the evolution of the zombie."  So which is it?  Mostly neither.
