[Rec] 2 is Coming to DVD (in Spain and Japan)!!!

Yes! Finally!! [Rec] 2 is coming to DVD! In Spain! and Japan!

It's true. Spain will get their [Rec] 2 Blu-Rays in May, while Japan can start preordering their copies now for an April 23 release. And yes, Japan uses Region 1 players just like the U.S., Mexico, and NO ONE ELSE, so that means if someone savvy Japanese kid rips a copy and put it online, then...he would get arrested for piracy. It's ILLEGAL, everybody! What, are you going to download Bit Torrent software just because everyone else is doing it and getting all their movies for free? Don't be a follower!

And what about us here in the U.S.? We're still playing the waiting game. Sony picked up the rights to [Rec] 2 last September, but still haven't announced when the movie will arrive on Blu-Ray and DVD. It's possible that an announcement is forthcoming.

It's also possible that the moon is a piece of vanilla ice cream that you can pick out of the sky and eat.

    There is a Region-2 release w/o subs at cdjapan. The best option for Region 1 users is probably the Singapore DVD which does have English subtitles not only on the feature, but also on the Deleted Scenes. Buy it at diabolik.com or here:
